On 24 September 2026, the Competition Appeal Tribunal held a Case Management Conference (CMC) to consider a number of procedural matters in the proceedings, including expert evidence, disclosure, and the timetable to trial.
The Tribunal ordered that further disclosure be provided by the Defendants, the Home Office and a sample of Class Members other than the Home Office. The Tribunal also gave further directions in relation to factual and expert evidence to be filed ahead of the first trial which is scheduled to begin on 11 October 2027 and run for six weeks.
